RESEP MASAKAN SUP IKAN JAMUR KUPING



Bahan:
Bola ikan:
  1. 250 gram ikan tenggiri
  2. 2 siung bawang merah, haluskan
  3. 50 gram tepung sagu
  4. 1 putih telur
  5. 1 sdt garam
  6. ½ sdt merica bubuk
  7. 2 sdt gula pasir

Kuah:
  1. 1 ½ liter air
  2. 50 cc kecap manis
  3. 1 sdm, minyak goreng
  4. 100 gram udang cincang kasar
  5. 2 siung  bawang putih, haluskan, bersama 1 sdm merica butiran dan 1sdt garam
  6. 2 cm jahe, memarkan
  7. 50 gram soun direndam dengan air hangat hingga lunak lalu tiriskan
  8. 2 batang wortel, potong menurut selera
  9. 50 gram sedap malam
  10. 12 telur puyuh direbus sampai matang lalu goreng
  11. Taburan: Bawang goreng, irisan daun seledri dan irisan daun bawang
  1. Bola Ikan: Haluskan ikan tenggiri, campur dengan bawang merah, tepung sagu, putih telur, garam, merica bubuk dan gula pasir. Masak air dan rebus adonan yang telah dibentuk bola – bola sampai mengapung lalu angkat
  2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih halus dan udang hingga harum. Masukkan air dan tambahkan jahe. Setelah mendidih masukkan kecap manis, wortel, jamur sedap malam, dan bola ikan, angkat
  3. Siapkan mangkuk kemudian isi dengan soun, telur puyuh dan kuah dengan isinya. Taburi bawang goreng, irisan seledri dan daun bawang.
  4. Sajikan hangat

LAMB BONE SOUP RECIPE

Lamb Bone Soup Recipe delicious

Ingredients :
  • 500 gr lamb ribs and bones (contains marrow)
  • 2 ltr water
  • 2 tablespoons oil for sautéing
  • 1 onion, slice thinly
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 cm ginger
  • 8cm cinnamon bark
  • 1/4 seed nutmeg
  • 200 gr carrots, cut into 1 cm
  • 100 gr Capri
  • 2 red tomatoes, cut roughly
Complements of Lamb Bone Soup Recipe :
  • Fried shallot/red onion
  • Scallions
Directions of Lamb Bone Soup Recipe :
  1. Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until wilted. Insert the lamb ribs and bones. Stir well until they change color.
  2. Pour the water and all spices/seasonings. Cook until the meat on the bone becomes tender.
  3. Put in the carrots, cook until soft.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder, then stir well. Add peas(capri) and red tomatoes, then cook until tomatoes become slightly wilted. Lift.
Serve immediately with its complements.

RESEP KERIPIK SINGKONG SETAN PEDAS

Resep Keripik Singkong Setan (Pikset) Pedas Enak

Bahan :
  • Singkong
  • Bawang putih
  • Garam
  • Air
  • Minyak goreng
Cara Membuat Kripik Singkong Setan (Pikset) Pedas :
  1. Kupas dulu dong buah singkongnya lalu cuci hingga bersih.
  2. Setelah bersih tiriskan airnya, lalu buah singkong dipotong tipis-tipis menggunakan alat potong khusus bisa beli di pasar atau super market.
  3. Haluskan bawang putih dan garam, lalu masukkan dalam air secukupnya.
  4. Masukkan irisan singkong ke dalam air yang sudah dibumbui lalu rendam agak lama (sekitar 1/2 jam) agar bumbu bisa meresap ke dalam singkong dengan sempurna, setelah itu tiriskan.
  5. Tahap pembuatan keripik singkong selanjutnya adalah menggoreng. Tuang dan panaskan minyak goreng yang banyak ke dalam wajan penggorengan besar dengan api kecil. Setelah panas, masukkan irisan singkong yang telah dibumbui jangan sampai lengket. Masak hingga pinggir-pinggir irisan singkong terlihat kecokelatan. Setelah itu angkat dan tiriskan.
  6. Setelah melalui tahap penggorengan, kripik bisa langsung dimakan.
Untuk menambah rasa sedap, Anda bisa memberi bumbu tambahan, misalnya diberi garam, gula halus, atau bahkan bumbu balado yang pedas. Kalau mau lebih pedas tambahkan Bumbu Cabe Bubuk dan Lada sesuai selera. Jadilah Keripik Singkong Setan Pedas (Keripik Setan) tidak perlu membelinya di Bandung yang mahal di ongkosnya.

Ingredients :
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 tsp wheat flour
  • 50 g spinach, boil, blender with 10 cc of broth

  • White bread
  • Milk
  • Eggs (depends on the number of breads. 2 eggs if many breads)
  • Granulated sugar

Directions of Bread Pudding Recipe :
  1. Soak white bread with liquid milk until dissolved (no significant dose for milk, the essential is both bread and milk are blended well).
  2. Beat the eggs, add sugar. Shake until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the eggs to bread, mix. Take taste, is it pretty sweet? if less sweet, add more sugar.
  4. For variation, before steaming / roasting, add Meses / Chocolate Chip / Raisin. Give a lot for good.
  5. Let in oven untill cooked. Heat the oven about 190 degrees celsius, then roast for about 30-40 minutes.
  6. Remove when it is cooked.

SQUID STIR FRY RECIPE

Squid Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 300 gr medium–size squid
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 50 g onion, cut roughly
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salty soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 gr shimeji mushrooms (japanese mushroom), clean and cut into pieces
  • 150 gr bok choy, boil
Directions of Squid Stir Fry Recipe :
  1. Clean the squid, remove its ink bag and husk. Wash clean, cut crosswise 1/2 cm. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until wilted.
  3. Insert the squids, enlarge the fire, stir quickly until the squids become stiff.
  4. Add tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salty soy sauce, sugar, and pepper powder and stir well. Then insert the shimeji mushrooms, stir well.
  5. Put the bok choy on serving plates neatly, then pour the stir fry squid on it. Serve warm.

FRIED MUSHROOM RECIPE

Fried Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 10 pieces of fresh shitake mushrooms
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking oil
Flour Dough :
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 ml soda water
  • A chicken egg white, beat until stiff
Complement :
  • Chili Sauce
Directions :
  1. Wipe the mushrooms clean.
  2. Sprinkle mushrooms with salt and pepper until blended.
  3. Flour Dough: Mix flour garlic, pepper and salt until blended.
  4. Pour the soda water and stir well.
  5. Add beaten egg whites, mix well.
  6. Dip each mushroom in flour batter.
  7. Fry until golden and dry.
  8. Remove and drain.
  9. Serve with Hot Pepper Sauce.
